Larry Comp serves as Principal/ Practice Leader for Performance and Total Compensation Solutions. Prior to joining LTC Performance Strategies, Larry held key leadership roles with Nissan, Baxter Healthcare, and McDermott, International. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, has been accredited as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is recognized as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Larry is a prominent author and speaker on utilizing performance, total compensation and integrated growth solutions to drive productivity, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Publications such as Inc. Magazine, Institute of Management and Administration (IOMA), HR Magazine, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), The Orbiter, The Forum, and Entrepreneur have cited Larry and other members of the team for their contributions. Larry has designed, developed and facilitated numerous courses for corporate clients; served as Adjunct Professor/Guest Instructor for UCLA, Antioch College, University of Redlands, Loyola Marymount, California State University – Northridge, and Cal Lutheran. He has also presented to a variety of CEO forums and professional associations such as Renaissance Executive Forums, PIHRA, and the National Human Resources Association.
Over the years, Larry has lead a wide range of Executive, Base, Variable/Sales Compensation, Performance Development, and Growth Management initiatives for over 200 forward-thinking organizations across industry.
Terry Lauter Comp is a founding principal, with 20+ years’ experience as a Corporate HR Vice President, national/international consultant, graduate/undergraduate business instructor, author, and community leader. She serves as Practice Leader for Training/ Development and Integrated Communications.
Terry has an extensive background in planning and implementing large-scale culture change initiatives in forward-thinking organizations. Terry has been recognized as a pioneer in the area of Open Book Management and Business Literacy, an innovative and proven means of building an engaged workforce. She has assisted many of our clients in developing a “Corporate University” and has designed, developed and/or implemented corporate training programs in over 35 subject areas. Terry supports clients in assessing training and development needs, and designing and facilitating customized training classes, using both traditional classroom and e-learning platforms. She also works with client organizations in developing and implementing simple, practical tools for communicating with employees effectively. Her integrated communication programs and tools have won wide acclaim.
Terry has taught countless management courses as a Corporate Executive, HRD consultant and university instructor. She was recognized for her teaching excellence at the University of Redlands. Terry received her MA degree in Educational Psychology from UCLA and has been accredited as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Kal Peters manages LTC Performance Strategies' Northern California office and serves as the organization's Practice Leader for Business Basics Training. Over the last 10+ years, Kal has supported a wide range of critical client initiatives. These have included the design of complex executive compensation/ benefit plans, development and interpretation of client climate surveys, and design and facilitation of company-wide business training. She has also played a key role in the design, development, training and communication of leading-edge programs designed to improve employee engagement/ productivity, financial performance and organizational culture.
Prior to joining LTC Performance Strategies, Kal held executive roles with Dun & Bradstreet and World Savings. Kal received her Bachelors Degree from UCLA and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses. |
